So I know it is hard sometimes but if you don't have ONVIF Device Manager. I would look at DL that from the web and at the top you enter your details and if it is correct it should let you look at your cameras like the picture below.. Only way I know outside of setting up ASP or Deleting it the app and adding it back to confirm that you really have the details correct. Main problem with App devices like the Smart Home products is once you setup you never have to worry about the password and even though you might have thought you setup it up right, maybe the password has something out of place for your 2 smart home products because it now seems that is only thing that isn't connecting and I don't have any issues making a connection to my AD110, my AD410, my ASH26, Ash47 and others to my Amcrest NVRs..

Re: None of my Cameras Record
So something I wanted to show as well. If you look at the list on the Left, There are some that are there but have not data showing that is because the passwords are different then what is being used. If your cameras come up and don't show data then you might want to delete from Smarthome app and reset the cameras back to factory and setup again.. Also as you can see in the AD410 it has the data but no image that is because there is different ONVIF for the Doorbell but the data is there, SN, IP and Mac info.. So that says the passwords are good just Image for ONVIF isn't the same as other ONVIF IP cameras because it is really different...

Re: None of my Cameras Record
OK, I have Onvif installed, and I see the list of devices. But, if I click on any device it gives a message that is not clear. Maybe it is asking about a password?

Re: None of my Cameras Record
That is odd, At the top of the program left side where in mine it shows that it is logged in, If you don't add your user and password there it should get an error like my first picture here. Again right click the picture view in new tab for full sized image.. Anyway after I log in and click on the same camera you can see it shows a little picture. Can you post what your system is showing?

Yes at that top left is where you add in your user name aka admin and the password then click login. Once you log in you should see just like my second picture when you click on the cameras in your list.

Re: None of my Cameras Record
I don't have a username or password. And admin admin doesn't work. The download page did mention needing some other app installed.
Anyway, I just checked the ASP Playback and no cameras have any recordings even though they have green dots in the 4108. I am about ready to give up! I am afraid if I do any more experiments, I will lose even the real time video.

Re: None of my Cameras Record
The username for your cameras is what you put in there, ok so you have the cameras on NVR working now, now just go and enable motion on the channels so it records on motion.

Re: None of my Cameras Record
Well, same old issue. Five cameras on 4108 with green dots. On the 4108, I can view live video AND playback recorded video on the cameras that have green dots. But I cannot playback recorded video on ASP. I would much rather be able to use ASP for playback because it is more user friendly than the 4108.
I still cannot get either the ASH47 or the AD110 to show a green dot.
I have an older laptop with ASP. I uninstalled it and re-installed it to see if a fresh ASP would give different results. No luck. The fresh install gives the same results.

Re: None of my Cameras Record
Seeing the NVR works with the most of the camears, you will need to do one of a couple of things.. First you will need to find out that you for sure know that your Password is correct.. You can do this using ASP without trying to access the cameras over the NVR.. So knowing the cameras IP address and if you don't you can look in your routers pool of IPs. They would have a MAC address like your NVR seeing they are older and isn't on the newer Mac list.. So once you know the right IP then you can use ASP and try to load the cameras in question with the cameras IP. If you can connect with the IP on ASP then you know the password if you don't get it to log in using ASP then as a last resort you will need to Reset the Cameras back to Factory default using the Buttons on the Cameras.. You will also need to remove the cameras from the Smart Home app and install them again.. If you happen to know the SN for the AD110 you can reset the doorbell without taking off the cover, Just grip the mid top area of the cameras on both sides and push the cover has enough give that it will reset. Then ASH 47 has Button on the Micro SD slot, Push and hold to reset. Once reset setup in the NVR using the password you used to set them up.. Personally I would just use the NVRs password so there is no second guessing..
