Update: You have to set all your Presents in the ASH 47 first! Then you can go to ASP and do the tour.

Update: Found out that the NVR will record all movenments of the ASH 47. Going to let it run tonight and see how it work out tomorrow along with the other camera. Speaking of Boards, did I tell you that I'm working on a website? Yep sure am and once I have it up and running, I'm wondering if you would like to be the first to try it out? Of course, at one time I tried phpBB on it, but it was so hard to get it up and running. But I grew up with it, and maybe I'll come up with another website.

Well I've come to realize that the Tour is worthless either on the camera or the NVR. I had all my present set correctly. I also checked by watching it go through the tour. Everything check out correctly. But when I go to review the recording of said video, it just stays at point #1. Doesn't move or nothing. So what other settings are there that I have to deal with?

Below is a video of it doing a tour. That works! But there is a very small break when I'm watching the recording and it just stands still. Have to redo the video.

Well I've tried two file types (MK4 and MP4) and this website keeps telling me invalid file name.

This forum is woefully inadequate in terms of anything resembling extended functionality.

Upload your video to a YouTube account and paste the link in a post. That should work..., depending on which way the wind is blowing.

I am sorry I don't understand how you have your Camera connected if it isn't showing the playback of the camera while it is in Tour. Now Granted my 4108E-HS is an older 4k POE NVR from Amcrest and my Camera does show progress between each spot in the tour. While mine is setup full time recording on Sub Channel for that camera for Audio retention of the Area Of View. It does play back. Now if your talking about Picking up Motion events on that camera and being triggered in the NVR that can be a different issue all together. But if there is movement and the camera isn't setup to Freeze between 2 points like the real PTZ cameras can be setup to do then there should be no issue with an NVR setup with a camera and setup to record to pick up movements of the camera while going from 1 point to the next.. I did make a Video and No I have not uploaded it but again my camera is setup to record full time on SubChannel and there is no issue with it's playback.
However in General PTZ cameras are setup with the ability to turn off going to point 1 to 2 without triggering an Event. This might be something that is built into the ASH47 by default seeing it isn't really a true PTZ camera and just a very Smart Smart Home camera that isn't really as smart as I wish it was lol..

Here is that Video, Also keep in mind with the Forum 2 things if logged out it can cause issues. Second is if you post and another poster post a message before you Submit it will give you time to look over what was posted and make changes to your post if you need to if you don't want to make a change just Submit again.

So last time I was using ASP with ASH47 on 4108E-HS when in playback on Sub Channel. So this time I used 4116E-HS NVR and changed the Sub Channel from being what was recorded full time to Main channel to make sure it wasn't a Fluke. As you can see in Video it plays back in mine just fine even with Main Channel as the Full Recorded playback mode.. Sorry again if the Audio don't work. What is odd is that it shows I have audio, However this time I play back and it didn't play the audio in Windows for me. So if there is no audio I am sorry it seems that my computer is acting up and is going to need some attention..
