No longer getting Notification on iPhone6+

I have installed the Amcrest DVR system with 1080P (model : AMDV 10808).
For 2 weeks, I have been getting notifications on my iPhone6+ for every motion detected.
Then, I got nothing.

Checked the DVR system itself, it is getting motion events recorded but it cannot send the notifications out to the iPhone.

The iPhone, however, can see all the LiveViews from every camera. So, this meant the network is fine from the outside.

The app on the iPhone is Amcrest View Pro 3.40.0051

I checked both :

• Push Notifications
• Configuration Center

and they are both set up.

Any thoughts?

Im having the same exact problem i have 3 cameras and not getting any notifications anymore, One day it was working fine and then all of sudden like 2 days ago it stoped.
I have an iphone 7plus.
I have and old android phone also so i connected the cameras to that phone and everything worked just fine, seem like sum is wrong with the ios app.
Im really thinking about returning all 3 cameras for a refund, Just way to many problems all the time, When everything is working i feel like these are the best cameras you can get.WHEN THET WORK

I'm having the same problem too. Last push notification I got was Monday 11/7/2016 @ 10:47pm CST.

I still get emails, but no longer getting the Push alerts.

Same here. IPhone 7+, push notifications ceased altogether on 11/7. Out of the blue! I have power cycled the phone, reinstalled Amcrest View Pro, no joy.

What is going on???

Same here... 6 cameras, NVR, working great for 30 days... suddenly no push to iphone. Last one for me was probably 11/7 as well (lost all of that history when i deleted the app from my iphone and reinstalled).

Cycled everything, deleted App, reinstalled, checked and triple checked recording schedules, motion enabled, etc etc... bottom line i changed nothing, was working well (too well actually, but I got used to a lot of notifications)... then poof without changing a thing, the notification stopped. NVR shows it is recording motion but it's not getting pushed.

I'm having the same exact same problem and I was going crazy changing and tweaking the settings every way to make it work. It happened after I upgraded from the iPhone 6+ to the iPhone 7+. I'm thinking it was because of apples iOS update because my 6+ was running the second newest version of iOS 10 and was working perfect until I upgraded.

Add me to the list of folks who discovered that they are no longer getting notification alerts on their iPhones (mine is a 6 Plus). Oddly/coincidentally enough, I can't get the app to rotate the video into landscape mode anymore. No nothing has changed on my camera (either firmware or settings), nor did anything change on my iPhone; please do not ask me as to whether I am running the latest iOS version and/or Amcrest iOS app version--landscape mode was working just fine a few days ago, and both the iOS and Amcrest app versions installed at the time are no different from what they are right now.

I suspect that the issue may involve the Amcrest iOS app and how it connects to the Amcrest servers that allow remote access of my cameras via P2P.

We would be releasing an updated app in the App store for Iphone. Currently we are waiting for approval from Apple for the update.

It's not the iOS update - I haven't upgraded yet.
It's not P2P either - I am using direct IP access.

The fact that everyone's stopped working on the same day and it apparently requires an app update to fix, suggests to me a date-specific kill switch in the source code.
