No longer getting Notification on iPhone6+

Did anyone get the push notifications working again with the new app update? I'm still having no luck. If you did get it working, what scheduling/recording settings are you using?

All I did was went into Push Notifications in the iphone app and save the settings again. I didn't change anything, just opened it up and saved what was there. After that, all was good.

So I got the push notification working. That part is good. Problem now is when I open the notification and it goes to the video or snapshot, it is blank. It is not recording the in the push notification as it did before. I can see the recording if I go into the Amcrest Pro App, but nothing when opening from the push notification. I have tried everything. It is not logging the event either. I'm thinking another flawed app, or setting somewhere. Any ideas??

I also am experiencing this issue. Fortunately before I deleted the app and web interface and did a hard reset of all 4 cameras, I had the bright idea to check here. I did update ios recently but can't say if it worked right after that or not.

Hopefully the updated app will correct this issue. Motion detection was on my short list of must haves and without this the cameras have diminished value.

Not sure as I've not added the NVR yet. I hope to soon, but for now I've just been relying on emailed photos and the push notifications to let me know there is motion. I have my notifications setup to open a live view.

It is frustrating. Everything was fine until November 7th. Then all stopped working. The November 12 update restored the push notifications, but that's about it. It won't allow you to see the video clip or snap shot of the event. Also the event list is blank. No log there either. Sure hope they get it fixed soon. It's a PITA to have to alway go into the app after the Push to see what's going on.

Hey, I just realized I'm having the same issues!

Also, I have two IP2M-841 and one IP3M-943. The 841 can send notifications still. The 943, is quite intermittent. The problem is the 943, when it does send notifications, there is no SOUND!!?? No "ding!". Also, the 943's notifications do not get saved in the apps notification history. Only the 841s.

How is this even possible? The push notification settings are App specific and not camera specific. They should all have sound when a push notification is received and I confirmed it is turned on in the ios amcrest app notification settings.

Fix this!

All the update did was fix the Push Notification to the phone. None of the features work with the exception of the live view when you enter the app from the notification. No Video, No Snap Shot, No Event Logging. Only Live View.

We need a fix. Using iPhone 6S iOS 10

The update did not fix the motion detection issue for me. I set the sensitivity at 50, then 75 then 100 for all 4 cameras, and set it to monitor 24/7

ONE time today I got a notification from one of the cameras then nothing.

My iPhone 6S is running Amcrest View Pro 3.40.0052
