? Melvin from Amcrest support just said they have an update for the iPhone app, and are just waiting for Apple App Store to approve it.
I would wager Amcrest accidentally let their APN certificate (Apple Push Notification) from Apple expire. If so, that would require creating a new certificate and thus an update to their app that will work with the new certificate.
Melvin--thanks for the update; will the pending updated app resolve the landscape rotation issue in which for whatever odd reason all of a sudden I am no longer able to rotate the app into landscape mode on my 6 Plus--issue just stopped working recently, and occurs both on the current version and the version just before it...and yes I even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling both versions--no dice.
I called support and they say wait for the next release.
The new release Amcrest View Pro 3.40.0052 is out.
I just gotten new Push Notifications on the phone.

Same here. I upgraded the app this morning and Push Notifications are working again.
At first it still wasn't working, then I went into Push Notifications in the app and save the settings again. I didn't change anything, just opened it up and saved what was there. After that, all was good.

Did anyone get the push notifications working again with the new app update? I'm still having no luck. If you did get it working, what scheduling/recording settings are you using?
