Amcrest cloud app cannot connect

Amcrest Cloud seems to work now but Amcrest View Lite is still not working!!!

The Amcrest App is NOT working. I can log in fine via my web browser but the app on my iPhone and iPad are not working. Been like this for several days.

Come on, you must have a working backup server. Get it working already. SERIOUSLY, if this issue keeps up, I want my money back!!!

Login via IP Config desktop software (or through the web browser interface).
Go to Setup
Camera
Video

Make sure the SubStream is enabled. You can change the quality based on bandwidth.

This was not set on most of my cameras (not sure why it was set this way - or if the cloud was changing it).
After I set this, I had much more success getting Live view working.

Enabling the sub stream (extra on Amcrest View Pro) fixed almost all of my connection problems.
