Hm. Wanted to edit the post above, but I guess that timed out. :?:

Soooo UPDATE!

I ordered direct from the company, from the web page. Amazon said 27/28 Jan (~7 days) But we have a festival to cover at that time. Ordering from the company, it will be here in 2 days direct.

Thanks to this, and the IP2M-841EW-V3 cameras AMCREST is a big part of our 'peace of mind' being able to monitor the house while away.

Will update this thread upon arrival/unboxing/use.

Yes, I was able to get the AD110 working in the Amcrest View Pro 2 app. However, since the AD110 doesn’t have a built-in web server, you have to work around it—and it's not a great experience.

Steps I Took:
1. Download the Amcrest IP Config Tool – You can find it here: https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... l-Download
2. Log into the AD110 – Use the IP Config Tool and enter the password you originally set up when onboarding the doorbell through the Amcrest Smart Home app (which, to be honest, was a painful process).
3. Assign Ports – Since the View Pro 2 app requires a port to add a camera, I manually assigned ports to the AD110.
4. Add the Camera to View Pro 2 – I used the IP method within the app, and after that, the camera started working.

My Thoughts:
- Terrible user experience – The process is completely undocumented, making it frustrating for users.
- Poor design by Amcrest – If it weren’t for local microSD storage, I wouldn’t consider purchasing another Amcrest device.
- Inconsistent product development** – I have 12 Amcrest cameras that work seamlessly with View Pro 2, yet the AD110 feels like it was designed by a completely different team. Unlike the IP2M series, it lacks essential web features, which is frustrating for long-time Amcrest users.

Hopefully, this helps others trying to get the AD110 working in Amcrest View Pro 2! If you run into issues, let me know.

Well interesting.. Being a 1080P camera it is 80 more then the Reolink POE Doorbell and hope it comes with enough to support the extra cost. If i didn't already have 3 AD110, a 410 and 3 other doorbells I might have the need to pick up one just to see what and why. Asked my better half and she said what WHY do i need another doorbell camera lol..

Maybe I will brick my LTS doorbell lol. Seeing it is a Hikvision OEM as well. I will tell her that the Linovision is the next best upgrade to it seeing it works on Guarding vision as well.. Would have to check next time at the cabin to see if it has a WebUI don't think it does.

I try..
Be Safe.
