The Second camera is OLD tech and again like my 850EB that is OLD Amcrest tech so is the 846EB, Both of them in the Dahua Line was offered as IVS and non IVS the non IVS line might have been only in the OEM market but I know it goes back to 2015. That second camera is no where close to the 1190W. And I know you said somewhat but 7 years apart and hardware changes many fold nothing alike.. By the way the 846 and 850 uses the same FW even though one is 4x zoom and other is 20x.

My Personal feelings on non Branded OEM is off my own past buying enough Non Branded Dahua hardware not knowing at the time it was not branded.. Personally when I see someone say they put a name on a product to sale on Amazon seems little harder to process. Not being a OEM Provider seems suspect to me. Again this is my Personal views.
