New QCAM will not record

I am using the SmartClient software on both OS X and Windows 10. No video appears in either client. I suppose I have no choice but to try to call.

I've given up on trying to use a browser as the software for Safari does not work at all, and the software for IE crashes nearly instantly.

Well, this is odd and I am not sure what happened, but as of Thursday afternoon, the QCAM is recording based on motion detection. Settings seem the same as they were last week before I re-INITed the drive, and as on Wednesday when it recorded nothing, but ... well, whatever, it's working now.
