So I would need to confirm my last statement because if I remember right in the older FW from 2018 or older it could go down both IP address even if wifi was off. So I will have to run out and grab an older FW camera and test however that is what I remember. Right now the camera I made a Video of was on 2019 FW and is of a 841 same platform of the 941
So if you have older FW say 2018 or older it could very well be that your wifi isn't turned on so do double check that.. Here is a Fast Video showing a newer FW however Wifi does have to be turned on but you can see 2 different Ip ranges are controlling this camera and that is because I have many different Ip Ranges in my Computer and able to access them. Most people only have 1 IP Range in their computer..

Re: IP3M-941B Problem
Ok Yes So I just uploaded another Unlisted Video you can get to here https://youtu.be/_AkSWR3HG6Y
This will show that in a Older FW 841 with Wifi turned off I can access 2 IP addresses with the cable connected. I then show by changing the IP of the Wireless IP to a different IP that it is the same camera and there is no magic Tricks...
So if you are on older FW it might be that you just need to turn on the WIfi to gain access to the camera again..

Re: IP3M-941B Problem
Quick update. I tried to swap the "bad" camera with a "good" camera. Changing the "bad" camera to ethernet went well, but changing the "good" camera to wireless failed. So, either my AP has a problem or I have a problem with setting up wireless mode. Since my AP works very well with two Windows laptops and my wife's Ipad, it must be my problem.

Re: IP3M-941B Problem
Jim what AP are you using?
if your using in DHCP mode it might be that the Router is giving IP in a different range from your normal IP however if you were to connect a Laptop to that router it should work because that Router would hand out the same Range..
So I have many different setup for Routers and have more then just a few in my setup and one reason I have so many IP ranges in my computers... Anyway lets say you have one as I mentioned in DHCP router mode, This will or could hand out IP even in same range if you setup to do so ever normally one of the routers would complain.. Also doing so normally wouldn't have access.. So what you could do if your router don't offer AP or Bridge or Repeater type setups. is run your other router in a different range then setup your router to port forward your cameras (1 Option) or Setup for your router to run in a DMZ for one of the cameras...
However if you have the ability to setup your router like I can some of mine, Log in router, got to advanced, go to DHCP Host and turn it off, Then to to Admin area and find the NAT and turn that off. Then taking the cable that you would normally connect to the Blue or Orange port for internet, connect to one of the normal NETWORK ports. Then when a device connects to one of the SSID's for that router your main router or the one in the down line of that one will hand out the IP rather then the connected Router handing it out..

Re: IP3M-941B Problem
The AP is a Netgear WAC104. My router is an EdgeRouter X v1.7.1. I have checked settings on both and they look OK. I was able to get one of the cameras on line with ethernet connection. Then I changed the default connection to wireless. But when I try to view it says Resources are limited, can't play video. This may be because the AP is a long way from where I am working with the camera. One question probably not related to the issue. What is the substream that seems to be enabled by default? My next step will be to change the AP to one closer to where I am working.

Re: IP3M-941B Problem
OK, success!! The camera is now connected via wifi and the ethernet cable is disconnected. The only thing left is to install the camera in the outdoor location and change the AP to the original one closest to the camera.
Thanks for all of the help Revo2!

Re: IP3M-941B Problem
When you look at the encoding of your camera feeds, You will find a Main stream (HD) in most cases and a Sub stream that is normally something like 640x480 or at times 704x480 and this is for times that the system is low in resources and the stream can change to lower stream to help keep video going. Like when your away on a trip and in the mountains and your Cell Data rate is slower it most times would work better on Sub aka Extra in the app.
Looking at the Video feed if it keeps saying that it has changed feeds from main to sub normally that is a Network issue. Something that some don't get and for me I don't need to get is if a Camera is having issues I will look to see if it is running in h.265 if it is I will lower that to the h.264h and while again don't make since really connection seems better. Very rare on a camera with h.265 enabled do I get a stable video outside of my DVR feeds.. (Meaning my IP cameras that offer h.265 95% of them are on h.264h for better quality picture)
Glad to hear you have something working.
