IP2M-841B Settings keep getting lost

I updated my two cameras to the firmware that was just released on 3/22 and for the four or so days that I have been on this firmware my settings have kept. 1080p/constant bitrate/time overlay, etc. So far I think they were able to take care of this in this update.

I only updated and rebooted the cameras, I did not do a hard reset after the update.

Mine is still being reset randomly, if you look at the cameras logs I see a Save Configuration event with no user name associated to it. Is there a resolution yet?

It's really bad! Once camera get registered with their cloud there is no way to undone it! Your HD camera turns into low resolution garbage. Cloud settings hard-coded on company side and keep overwriting local camera settings. Even worse.. I am yet to find the way to disconnect my camera from the cloud. Seems like it's not possible as well. Deleting account? Same thing, can't see this option there.

There is no way to override these settings if you use Amcrest Cloud. Amcrest does this to limit the amount of storage space they have to use to keep people's videos. Even if you upgrade to the 7-day or 30-day plans, your camera settings are forced to the settings above. The only way to avoid it is to not use Amcrest Cloud.
