First Remove the user admin88, Then add back admin88 and put in a password that isn't the same as you would use for anything (I would have said just change admin88 password but have to know it first to change it even as admin) But you can remove and add back..
Then go to event, Abnormality, Illegal Login. Change the time to 300 and change the try times to 3. Then keep an eye on the system that the admin has been removed to see if they are trying to brute force access or if they know your password. Keep an eye out for adding of a user and the user being locked out..
Also did a search in Google for admin88 and there was nothing that came up for Amcrest admin88. So my guess is this is something in your company/family that is adding that user? because if there was an issue with others that would have been Blasted all over the internet by now seeing the FW has been out for 3 years already.
