to Melvin thanks for your help. i really appreciate it. if you can help me please to try to figure out why i have this problem with all my cameras. i don't know why. if you can please let me know if there is anything else you can think of even if its a setting i could possibly try changing in my camera config that might help i will wait to hear a reply about anything thanks again.
