Sorry it is looking like that your NVR don't have a Security Page after all. That is very strange. I am going to guess there was some issues within that page and was written out at this time. I am going to guess that it will be added back in after a Update maybe? To me I find it odd that all my older DVR/NVR's have a Security Tab on both the WebUI and GUI of the recorder...
Have you made a Ticket with Acmrest over this issue? If you have has there been any update to what might be going on from their end?
Cameras Offline After NVR Reboot

Be Safe.
Re: Cameras Offline After NVR Reboot
Not yet. It wasn't really a big deal. Sometimes community help is better / faster.
I'm going to do a reset on it and see if anything improves.
I had my old amcrest nvr replaced 2 times before I got a stable one.
Also looking at just running something like zoneminder.

You're just havin' a helluva time.
Re: Cameras Offline After NVR Reboot
Ok, finally figured this BS out.
Rebooting the NVR makes it forget the (AI) camera passwords.
#1 In the NVR WebUI, click "managment" and select "Camera".
#2 I see all the cameras with a red dot under "status".
#3 One by one I edit them and enter in the correct password that I set the first time I accessed them directly because I did not leave it as "admin".
#4 Refresh the page and they are all back online. (Green dot under status)

Re: Cameras Offline After NVR Reboot
Easy when you know how, eh?
Re: Cameras Offline After NVR Reboot
Thanks for this solution. I had to reconfigure my NVR and re-add each camera. Afterwards, they all had red dots. I had forgotten to update the passwords when I re-added them. This post reminded me to do that and now they work fine.
