Yeah not sure about the blurry picture. If it is at night I would guess that it might be your IRC has some issue if it has blur day and night I would try to clean the lens. I clean mine every 6 months or so. I will admit that I have a Purple Haze issue with mine as normally I use it in Color at night. However the birds have killed my bulb and have a nest in my light so I have not replaced it. In B/W at night the picture is perfect. The color at night is only an issue when the camera is positioned in a way that the light I am guessing is reflecting off the lens and causes a haze. Once I move it out of that area the picture is back to perfect...
About the Neighbors. I personally have not taken apart the camera to test it however I would guess they are maybe 1.2 or around there Watts and my drive way is 100+ foot long you can see the LEDs if you look down my driveway. however I have my 1046EW-AI Camera that is also with 2 white leds. They are about as bright as the ASH47. I don't know really as I normally don't use the Light on the camera. However I will say this. I have a camera that is facing the back door in color mode. While it can't see the ASH47 the Ash 47 can see the back door and the camera. When I turn on the lights on the ASH47 my 5mp camera on the back door don't notice any extra light and I can't even tell that the light was turned on beside the reflection off my SUV that is parked next to the back door..
I took 2 snapshots one with the light off as I normally have the ASH47 working and one with the light on. I have it showing Main from the back door camera. You can see only a very slight light difference between the off and on in the 5mp camera. You can see the Reflection in the SUV and very little on the Garage door. But looking at the picture in the SH app you can see the light does make big improvement in the view of the camera..
However it is not very bright far from the area of view.. IF you are using Win10 Right click image and choose open in a new tab to see full size image for better view..

Re: Camera Very Slooow to Connect
Thought I would also mention that the ASH47 once you setup on the Smart Home app can be used on the Amcrest View Pro. I have it setup using P2P even so it isn't only Local access. Just missing the Light Actitation and Siren button that you can see on the other Picture from before..
There is 1 thing I thought I would mention however.. When you use the ASH47 there is no preset that can be setup using the SH App. However if you have a Amcrest or Dahua type NVR's you can setup Preset in there and before then the BEST news yet is that you can using Amcrest Surveillance Pro. Also this picture showing setting up Preset in ASP also shows how nice the camera is if there is light in the area of view. This picture in ASP at Preset 9 the cameras LEDs are off and still very nice looking picture. Only light in that picture is from the back door and the street lamp that is over 100 feet away that don't even shine down that far in my driveway..

Re: Camera Very Slooow to Connect
I just finished reading Amazon reviews. Several mentioned that the zoom is digital rather than optical. Have you found that to be an issue? I always zoom to get the view I want.

Re: Camera Very Slooow to Connect
Yes it is true there is no zoom. If I remember the 1190 also digital zoom. I will admit the 841, 941, 1051 are a special breed. Even the V3 of the 3 above no longer offer the E-Zoom.. also no longer with alarm and external mic or speaker.
