Still hoping that the AD110 will return to online status magically somehow. Amcrest Smart Home Support has been ANYTHING but... zero stars..
Unfortunately I don't think we can rely on any fix being provided from Amcrest. I gave up my support ticket and did the factory reset to bring mine back online. The entire experience with this doorbell has been ridiculous. 😩.

amcrest168 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 5:33 pm @hawkeye62 , once a device is registered on your smart home account, you should be able to see the doorbell on your android smart home account after you log in. the device is linked to your smart home account. sharing requires a second smart home account where the first one shares a device with the second smart home account.
My Android Smart Home app still immediately goes to the add device screen, where it fails with the message "Please check your network". So, I guess I will have to use my wife's IPAD Air for adjustments to the AD110.

Damn! So is mine - Live view showing offline in SmartHome app. All recorded events on SD-Card missing in the app.

RTSP live view is working. AD110 is definitely not offline from the wifi. Note that after the firmware update I had not ever encountered this offline issue until now.

Honestly if this doorbell supported ONVIF I could care less about the mobile app..... but since my house has a long low voltage wire run, the moment the IR light comes ON it eventually reboots, so I have to suppress the notifications on my synology app at night.

It's also very strange that the IR setting is not persistent when set to OFF and the doorbell reboots and it's back ON.

Strongly considering to return this device back to amazon.

OMGosh!! My working AD110 in Ohio which uses a different DMS Server IP is also down now. This just happened in the last several hours. Someone hacking Amcrest's Doorbell servers or what?? This is very SAD and frustrating. I should have waited a while longer before buying these devices... :shock: :o :oops:

Yes sadly I am in NE on a border town and My app to the Doorbell is offline as well. Well odd thing is that last time I did a Reboot of the doorbell it was offline with in 2 days and again I did a Reboot less then 2 days ago and now offline I thought maybe it was just going to be me and that I may have found my issue but there is no way I could think that doing a reboot would take down more then just mine... This is very strange...

I just downloaded the OH AD110 to compare configs between 6/18 and now (6/24). There were a few changes in the config. Glad not to see any iOS push notifications as I do not own an iOS device but here are the differences this time.

"CallID" : "1"
"LastReboot" : "2020-06-23T02:01:16Z",
"Online" : false,

It looks like it rebooted on its own yesterday?? and Shazam! Online is now "false". My previous CallID was "2". Not sure what this signifies if anything but throwing that out there if it helps someone figure this out...

Can we go back to the old firmware? maybe that would stabilize the AD110?? I searched support for firmware but old and new are not found..

@srags that explains why my night vision was back to AUTO last night!!!! I thought it was a power glitch but no other device had lost power.... so it must have been rebooted remotely..... this is very disconcerting knowing that this device can be manipulated unknowingly.... by amcrest without our permission or approval.

Now that I think about it.... over the last week or so there has been two remote reboots both roughly around 2am as I have the synology notifications happening due to IR reboot loop.

Mine is also offline again. I had to do a factory reset to get it back online last time. I guess I will try that again.

Update: just did another factory reset and it is up and running again. Is this going to be a regular thing now?
