Same issue...looking for afirmwear fix too...

I'm having a similar issue. One I search for a camera and date range, the time bar returns with recorded time. I can scroll to those and sometimes a still shot loads, sometimes it doesn't. I've never gotten actual frame by frame playback thru the app. Should I have the ability to view frame by frame...
