So I have a brand-new IP2M-842E camera - have tested it out on the general network here which has all kinds of devices and hops, as well as being alone on a network with a single laptop and a router...isolated totally, not even connected to the internet. The video feed seems to have a latency to it ...

Having the same problem, using latest version of the software from the Amcrest website.

Have correctly added the camera as noted - works fine through the Live View.

No options available in the NVR bit.
