Wilocchris - Have you opened a support request for your issue? I would think that this forum, like others, is not monitored 24X7 by Amcrest Support staff. You didn't indicate in your original email that you had a support case, so apologies in advance if you do.

If you have not yet opened a case with support I would recommend that you start there. It's possible that you have a a defective one that will require RMA.

Have you configured the cameras to use WiFi in the NET section of the IP CONFIG program?

If not set to static, the DHCP lease will expire and you can get a new address assigned by your router. Set to static, populate with the existing IP or a different one and you should be all set.
