3 cameras not working. I deleted all programs and reset all cameras. Tried to update the firmware but the IP Config program will not work. When cameras are connected to the ethernet cable I can see the camera in live view on my iphone. Note I can NEVER see the camera on the Surveillance Pro desktop program though. When disconnected from the ethernet cable the light blinks green ( I don't know if that good or bad) but I cannot get any images on the iphone (I can see a "Network not available") message below where the image should be. I have checked the router IP address and there are other devices on the 2.4ghz network so that is not the problem.
I would appreciate some help on this.

Have you configured the cameras to use WiFi in the NET section of the IP CONFIG program?

Make sure you don't have wifi and ethernet enabled on the device at the same time. I've read this causes issues.
