Since the last firmware upgrade my IPM3-943 camera has become fuzzy at night. I called the tech they had me shine a flash light at the camera for 1 minute while it is in night mode there was no improvement any ideas on how to fix it?

I hope this update is for Android systems as well my tablet is doing the same thing.

It seems that some how my camera (Pro HD IP3m-943 bullet camera) does not maintain the changes I make in setup.
