saving setup data

It seems that some how my camera (Pro HD IP3m-943 bullet camera) does not maintain the changes I make in setup. I make the changes in the video and motion detection, saving after each change do a refresh to make sure the changes were there resave then move to the next function. The next morning I check the videos notice the time overlay has disappeared so check my setup and there back to default. Any ideas on this?

Hello michaelmiller,

Have you added this camera to Amcrest Cloud service? If you have done so the Cloud settings overrides the camera settings causing this issue.
