That's brilliant. Many thanks.

Could you let me know the inner & outer dimensions of the power plug used on the IP3M-943W as I wish to obtain an additional plug to power my camera.

Thanks for your prompt response Melvin.

Your response appears to be the opposite of what I would like to be able to do. Your method above appears to select a small portion from a longer clip of video to download. I am attempting to download multiple short motion activated clips of video and not download a small part of a longer video clip...

Many thanks for your reply Melvin. I will attempt this tomorrow and see what the outcome is. If I have any further questions I'll come back on this thread but in the meantime I appreciate your help, thank you.

I am connecting to my IP3M-943 camera via it's IP address and selecting the 'playback' tab at the top, then selecting the day and file list. Is it possible to download multiple files as I only appear to have the option to download the files one at a time which would be very time consuming.

Thanks.

Are you sure the nvr has wi-fi?

UPnP failed for me as well. I simply set port forwarding in my router, perfect, easy solution.

Have also set up dynamic DNS and am using an owned domain name to forward to the dynamic means I can access my camera from my own domain name.

So far I'm impressed with Amcrest IP camera.
