IP3M-941 Not working through IP Cam Viewer Lite
Hello, hopefully someone will spot what I missed! I have several cams on IP Cam Viewer Lite and they all work. I just got a new IP3M-941 and I added it to the app but it will not connect. If I change that new IP3M-941 camera object I just added to the type of camera IP2M-841 then it connects. So tha...

Re: HTTP Port Number Change
It's the same port number I used before the update. After changing from port 80, I cannot access the cam again. Scanned it's IP for open ports and nothing found.t84a wrote:I have no issues. What port number are you using? The port could possibly be blocked.

HTTP Port Number Change
IP2M-841 updated to firmware V2.420.AC00.18.R.20170521 Since the update, I can't change my HTTP Port Number. Every time I change it, I cannot reconnect to it and have to reset the cam. I always change my port number on my Foscam cams and have not problem and it was never a problem with the Amcrest u...

Re: DAV Player NEEDED! Smart Player INFECTED!
OK....my BAD but I will blame it on Webroot as Kespersky didn't find a problem with the file. I disabled the realtime scanner on Webroot, installed Smart Player and enabled realtime and did a scan.....nothing found.
Sorry for the bad info but I was just going by Webroot.
Thanks to all!

Re: DAV Player NEEDED! Smart Player INFECTED!
I was thinking that was a possibility and yesterday I got Kaspersky so I will put that on another PC and test it. Webroot has been very reliable but these things to happen....better safe than sorry! The odd thing is that Malwarebytes did not detect it so it could be a false positive... Will report f...

EDITED! DAV Player NEEDED! Smart Player INFECTED!
I have my video files but cannot view them. I tried several times to download Smart Player but Webroot says it's infected with Win32.LocalInfect2!
Any suggestions of another player?
EDIT:
THIS WAS A FALSE POSITIVE!

Isn't it over due for a firmware update? IP2M-841
Two requests that are pretty urgent.
1. No time bar on "playback" only a fast forward. IT would be nice to click along a time line of the video.
2. Please change the video format to MP4 or something other than DAV so it is more user friendly.
Thanks!!!

Re: Live record playback
I would love to use Smart Play but Webroot finds the Win32.LocalInfect2 trojan. Can you please clean this file or replace it with a non-infected copy please?

My original firmware that came installed is version 2.420.AC00.11.R. I'm still looking for new firmware 6 months later and all I see is version 2.420.AC00.10.R. Is 10.R an upgrade to 11.R?? Why do they both have the same date?? EDIT, I just downloaded 10.R and it is actually 11.R guess the info on t...
