IP2M-841 No FTP???

IP2M-841 No FTP???

It appears that the FTP menu cannot be activated. :shock: Does this camera NOT support FTP?
If it doesn't can this be added in the future please?

Hello Camhouse,

This model supports FTP. The setting is under setup > Storage > Destination in the web interface of the camera.

When I go there I have seen what you are saying but i cannot click the to activate in the "enable" square. I can change the port number but I cannot click "enable"

Hello Camhouse ,

Under destination > Path, please choose the Path as FTP for video and snapshots and then check if you can enable the FTP.
