Hello nonnie1951, If you have 4 cameras and a 500 GB hard disk , it can only store recordings for a week. Then it will overwrite. If you have a 1 TB or more it can go for two weeks or more. Oh ok, but it says it will store footage for a month in the manual , just saying..... Thanks for your help it...

I have a AMDV960 H4 4 camera system , my son also installed Smart Client with the help of Amcrest

I have the AMDV 960 H4

Thanks got it!

Hello, I can't figure out how to recover a file from one of my cameras from 2 weeks ago . The pamphlet states it saves it for a month and I can't figure out how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks.

I tried what you suggested and it does nothing.

I would guess that the answer depends on what camera, how you're viewing and whether it is recorded or live that you're talking about. For me it's as easy as clicking on the plus sign in the PTZ control screen. sshot.jpg I have the AMDV 960 H4 model there isn't a plus or minus on the screen however...

How do you zoom in on the cameras. I have looked and can't find where to do it
