How to zoom in

How do you zoom in on the cameras. I have looked and can't find where to do it

I would guess that the answer depends on what camera, how you're viewing and whether it is recorded or live that you're talking about. For me it's as easy as clicking on the plus sign in the PTZ control screen.

I have the AMDV 960 H4 model there isn't a plus or minus on the screen however I have a remote that has it but it won't work I have changed the batteries and nothing.
