So your late 2018 early 2019 HS model does not have a Reset button, Even some with the button don't work. However in your case the button belongs over by ID2. 2 things are missing the button and C39 without c39 even if button was there wouldn't reset NVR.. To factory reset this you will need to make a ticket and provide some info that you are the owner of the NVR. They will then get in touch with you with a temp code that can unlock the device.
