Device model AMDV7204
Since the day I purchased this 4 cameras unit I'm having constant problems - disconnects, stops working on my iphone etc.
New thing - my unit randomly locks the whole system. It does it without ANY reason, I do not try to log in, do not do anything. One moment I look at my phone it works, Hour later - The account is locked. Go to my main screen and try to log in as Admin and it says User account is locked.
Again - it does it randomly, by itself. Sometimes it comes back working, like it was 4 days ago, but most of the times it stays LOCKED, unless I call support and they do the whole uninstall process again. I just heard some noise outside and wanted to see what's going on and old story - account is locked!!!
Obviously some bug. If anyone knows how to beat it I'd really appreciate it, because I'm at the point where I'm thinking to throw everything into the garbage and get some other brand.

Well I have that DVR and while it is dated and no longer any FW support I still use it.. Sadly not happy that it don't give all that it says it does lol but not many can make everyone happy...
So best i can say is that maybe someone has your SN and is trying to make you mad by Logging into your system sadly they don't know your password so it keeps locking up... So I have sadly Way to many systems and ican't remember pass words like I used to so I keep forgetting mine and get locked out from time to time... So here is what I did.. I made a new User and when I lock out of my Admin account I use the second account and I am off the the races. Just make sure you get Full Admin and no issues...
Another thing, I can't remember right off but if that one will let you rename the Main admin then I would do that as well. They can't lock you out of an account they don't know... Most times for me anyway when I lock out of the 7204 I just turn it off and try again however oddly enough last week tried that and it came back said I was still locked out lol.. So turn off turn back on and log in with other admin account...
