I can see my off-site P2P IP4-1026B camera on my iPhone and iPad while using Amcrest View Pro.
How do I setup my NV4116-HS NVR to display and record that camera ?

While I will do some more Research sadly P2P isn't something setup for 24hr non stop streaming for audio and video... So while your able to connect to the Camera over P2P via the Camera SN an NVR requires a IP address on your local or a network that your NVR sees as being local.. Sadly that is something you would want to talk with a Network pro to set up something for your camera and NVR...
