Hello everyone! Is there a way to obtain a physical IR remote from Amcrest (or elsewhere)? Or, is there a 3rd party/offbrand remote control that is known to work? Mainly needing one in order to change the HDMI view between single, multi, etc.
I've seen some 5+yr old support threads that say you can request one from Amcrest, but the sales/support people I've chatted with recently say getting one is not an option (nor is it listed for sale anywhere).
Any info would be appreciated!
