DWC PTZ220XW to DW ENHD16 to Amrest NVR

I have 3 DWC PTZ220XW coax cameras connected to DW compressor ENHD16. All 3 are working on compressor screen. When I connect it via my router to Amcrest NVR using RTSP ONVIF I see only one (1) camera. Any idea what should be proper RTSP code string for each camera? I'm using one IP address and 554 port. Thanks.
