Camera Lag Issues

I have a total of 5 cam's all fairly new and a new NVR

The problem i have is that 2 of the cams have lag issues loading. For the most part all cams running without issues. Just that off the app or viewing it from the web based NVR. I can't seem to load all of them at once.

I've provided the model numbers of my cams below.
They all have the latest firmware.

Living Room Cam
Bedroom Cam
Hallway / Living / Dining Room PTZ

All work perfectly - but you see (reference below chart of layout)
Office cam and Bedroom Cam same model - and i have issues with the Office cam lagging..
Not to mention Outdoor Cam 2019

They all have the same video settings but odd why 1 of the 2 cams who are the same model. One lags and the other does not.

Getting no where with support figure i would publicly place this issue.

Never had issues before and i use to have 8 cam's all amcrest

Another problem is that i have to power off my NVR sometimes to be able to access the cam's individually.

Any advise? help?

try swapping the cams between office and the bedroom and see if the lagging follows the camera. if not, it's the location.
