Hello all. I am just wondering if anyone has IP camera like the 841 or 941 that they use on the NV4108 and still able to playback or even live view audio?
I have one and it seems kind of strange that the Option for Audio is there with the Video area. Record Video/Audio. If it didn't have Audio wouldn't it seem logical that there wouldn't be anything showing audio? Even has types that it could be with a drop down box so I am slightly confused?

So after some more testing I have not a clue what the issue is... I have found that my iOS old iPhone 6 is only thing that can hear audio on the setup... I am not even sure it was from the NVR connection or the camera it self. However while it does work over iOS the odd thing is that the Mic don't. So I have a couple of cameras in my room right now because I am trying to sort this out lol... I have 2 from 2015. I have one with Old 2.520 FW and one with the New JS 2.420 FW on it trying to get this to work... While connected to the NVR on my iOS I can hear from the cameras over the phone.. However if I press the Mic nothing... Log out of the NVR on the phone I log in the camera and hummm strange thing both the Mic and Hear work over the camera... Now I am really confused maybe it was web ui here the Audio is turned off on the new FW or maybe I am wrong... For the Sake of the iOS Mic and Speaker worked with no issue over the Camera.. Only sound from camera to phone worked when phone connected over NVR... Oddly there is no play back longer then a min but in that playback there is audio as well. hummm
Now the strange thing is I now have Audio also working out of my NVR to the TV however the NVR over web UI still no audio in or out... So i can live with that... Not sure what the issue is or was. I have Factory reset, I put the Last FW on the NVR.. at first the results was the same.. Strange thing is that after I connected my iOS phone to it the audio started working... Didn't try that before the Last Factory Reset... Man it is a lot to keep setting up these cameras lol... Wouldn't be so bad if passwords being put in wouldn't double letter sometimes and makes the password wrong lol...
