lost admin password process

I just bought 2 used nv4108 and a nv1104. I don't have the admin password for either. They boot up and 1 works on my LAN. They other static IP outside my LAN. I can only access with a different router.

admin does not work for password.

I noticed the date is the same on both. 2000 Jan 1. Is this default mode? Date was 2033 when I first turned on. Is the default password not admin?

There is no reset button on board. No battery to remove. It is soldered in. I have called support but there is no QR code on the screen. I can access via HTTP with Edge. Also the VGA and HDMI ports work. I can see the date 2000 / 1/ 1. But no reset password or lost password option on these 2 NVRs.
I have read you can login with a password based on the date. Support told me to unplug for 9 hours and try admin admin again.

Any ideas? How can I factory reset these without admin account?

I love the cameras. I have a bunch of them.

Here is something to try. May or may not work. For day of 1-2-2000 if your date is not that wait until it is or tell me currect time.
