Hello all...
I am not sure if this is still an issue. But if your having strange things happen with your Camera after you make setting changes in say Encoding or other things in the Camera Please make sure the same setting are Changed inside of the Cloud settings page for your camera as well...
I had my Cameras setup with a Cloud account and I made some changes in my camera not knowing that I should have been making same changes in the Cloud. It would work great for a while. I changed from 1.3mp to 720P and for the day it would work for some time. Then it would change out to a different encoding. While I couldn't at first understand what was going on. I could see it was happening in the LOGS as Blank User. While anything I did in settings it would show as ADMIN and anything that the Camera did would say System.
While this was some time ago. I thought I would share this info incase others are having the same issue. Once I removed my Cloud from the camera I haven't had an issue with Blank User making setting changes.

Re: Your IP camera and the Cloud
Thank you,Revo2Maxx. The cloud will take priority over settings in order to optimize for cloud stability.
Due to this reason, it is recommended if you are using the cloud to either make the changes in both places or use the cloud to make changes to the settings that are available on the cloud.
