WWW.amcrestview.com not working on all platforms

Looking at this forum I get the feeling that I may have bought the wrong product as support seems poor. However lets give it a try.
My problem is:
I have an Amcrest IP2M camera.
I can view it on my mobile and tablets via my WiFi. However when it comes to http://www.amcrestview.com I can only view it on a PC running Windows Explorer11.
My laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Edge,Chrome and Firefox fail to connect asking me to download plug in. This I have done countless times but every time I try to log in I get the same message and there seems no way out of this loop.
I need an answer soon as this camera was purchased to watch over my Christmas light display in my front garden.

Hello phlpyro ,

Currently Chrome and Edge are not supported but it works on IE and Mozilla Firefox in Windows 10. An alternate way is to access the camera using Ip/Domain method by setting up port forwarding. Please give us call if possible and we would be glad to help you with that.

Thanks for quick response.
You will note I said Firefox did not work under Windows 10 on my laptop. But I followed your lead and logged into www.Amcrestview.com using Firefox but came up against message after log in to install plug in, tried three times and I was returned to login screen followed by download plug in screen every time.
Tried Firefox on my Android tablet and mangaged to log in to Amcrestview.com and found camera but would not connect to it.
What am I doing wrong?

Hello phlpyro ,

It looks like something is blocking the plugin. For android tablet, you can use 'Amcrest View Pro' app. It will not work on browser on tablets.
