Wireless issues with IP3M

I need some assistance with getting this camera to connect. I have gone so far as to connect a range extender within two feet of where I want the camera installed and have confirmed that the signal strength at that location is -20db but it still will not connect.

my camera was working great until I have to change my wifi password. after I changed my pwd, my camera won't connect to my wifi. It only connect with Ethernet cable. I was on the phone with customer service over an hour and he could not resolve it. My camera and the router was side by side.
