Wireless 1080p BulletCams Wont Connect to New Network
Wireless 1080p BulletCams Wont Connect to New Network
I bought them a few months back and attached 4 of them to my 802.11N network and they all seem to work just fine. Recently I switched cable internet providers and am now using my own personal wireless router as opposed to the assigned one At&t had me using. Its a rather expensive one (Linksys E8400 AC2400). I know that these particular cameras cant use a wireless band past 'N" so im being sure to connect them using that frequency band alone, but im getting nothing but a "problem connecting". I tried unplugging the cameras for a few hours and turning them back on but that doesn't seem to work. Why wouldnt I just be able to reset them and reuse them as I was before? What am I missing here?

Hello Aaron ,
Please try hard resetting the camera and try the set up again. If you have two bare wires on the back of the camera, they can be joined together for 10 seconds to reset it. Please specify the model as the hard reset process is different for different models.

I tried the hard reset method, but i only kept the wires together for 5 seconds as the guide states.
