Windows 10 downloads

I'm trying to download and install the programs for the 841 cameras but all the downloads are for windows 7 and later and I'm running windows 10, any help? Also through the app on my IPhone I can view live but even with the motion on, scheduled record time setup the cameras won't record unless I'm doing the live view and hit the record button. Then once I leave the live view it stops recording???

Hello mudjunkie,

The download should work on Windows 10 as well. If its giving an invalid certificate error, you can click options and select 'run anyway'. The recording can be automatically done if you have an SD card inside the camera. Recording on phone app only works when the app is on. Please contact our support if you still have issues.
