My itch is why don't they let you know what brands in general will work with the unit or offer them as an upgrade?

Turns out this unit is wifi comparable. I chatted with Tech support today and they told me that this unit could not make use of WiFi. Well looking at the setup screens it has a place to enable this functionality and lo and behold if you insert a WiFi USB adapter that the unit recognizes you can indeed enable the WiFi feature. This is great as it gives you the opportunity to hide the unit in an out of the way place in case you business or home gets robbed.

Attached is a picture of the packaging it came in. So far I really like all my Amcrest gear. Easy to set up and manage but wish the Tech Support folks knew a bit more.
