Since my laptop got an upgrade for Windows 10 anniversary update, my camera web interface can't show the PTS right toolbar and neither the lower toolbar. I have to use Firefox for proper display.

Wifi camera web interface bug vs windows 10
Re: Wifi camera web interface bug vs windows 10
I don't believe this is a problem with Windows 10 RS1, because it is working fine in Internet Explorer on the two computers I just tested it on.

The first PC (pictured above) is running Windows 10 RS1 (Anniversary update), and it worked fine in Internet Explorer.
The second PC (not pictured) is running Windows 10 Insider Build 14931. After installing the plugin, the login page messed up and displayed in plain text. I believe this was just a coincidence—these cameras regularly have issues serving all the page resources reliably. The corrupted resources then get cached in the web browser, causing issues such as the [Login] button doing nothing or the UI appearing all jumbled up in plaintext. In Firefox, I just hit [Ctrl]+[F5] to force a full page+cache refresh. However, Internet Explorer doesn't have this feature and just kept reloading the corrupted resource(s) out of its cache when I refreshed. So I cleared its cache manually, after which it loaded up the camera's web interface just fine.
Perhaps clearing Internet Explorer's cache will solve the problem for you. In Internet Explorer, press [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Delete]. This should bring up the Clear Browsing History dialog. Tick the first three boxes, untick the others, and click [Delete]. Then refresh the page and see if it works better.

If it still doesn't work, the next thing I'd recommend trying is uninstalling the web plugin and letting the camera download the latest version to your PC. As you upgrade the camera's firmware, newer versions of the plugin are also supplied; but since it's already installed on your PC, it doesn't get updated. Click the Windows/Start button, scroll down to (and click) the WebPlugin3.0.0.3 folder, and click Uninstall. Next time you visit the IP camera's webpage, you should be prompted to download and install the plugin again.

Re: Wifi camera web interface bug vs windows 10
Thanks for helping. Unfortunately neither solution worked.
Re: Wifi camera web interface bug vs windows 10
The plugin was already the last version. I tried compatibility mode and 32 bit version, same problem.
Re: Wifi camera web interface bug vs windows 10
I tried to install the plugin as administrator. Same result.
I tried to reset IE, same result.
Firefox still working fine, so I disabled Firefox auto update. At least I can keep it working and away of new updates.

If I change my IE zoom level to 200%, see what happens.
Re: Wifi camera web interface bug vs windows 10
I found an alternative that might safer in the long run. When I try Chrome, the plugin link brings me to google for the google app.
I lanched the application and discover that I could pin the application to the taskbar. Now I have direct access to the chrome Amcrest viewer app.
Since the app has no menu and favorite links, I eased its use by creating a default web site on my laptop. Then all I have to do is type localhost which brings me my web page where I have my links to each camera.
