Hello all, I recently purchasing the Amcrest Pro and found that the camera cannot find any Wifi networks. Talked to Amcrest customer service who said it must be a hardware issue, and got a replacement from Amazon. The replacment camera is having the exact same issue. We can only get the camera to work with an ethernet cable plugged in.
Has anyone else had this issue? Tried resetting camera and upgrading firmare all with no luck.

Hello ledude,
The camera cannot search and find wireless 5GHZ networks so if you are having a 5GHZ network, it will not show up. Also, if you have a hidden SSID (wifi network name), it will not show the network name in the list. There is also an option to manually add an SSID which you can try. If none of these are applicable, try hard resetting the camera and try again.
