Wi Fi IP Cam 720P: no cloud recordings

Hi, new here and cannot not get motion camera recordings to amcrest cloud. I have a 7 day service one camera, not he free test service.

When I first connected the camera and had live view working it has made 4 files a few hours ago, but nothing since.

Support said enable "Global Motion Detection" but I cant find this in the cloud interface settings?

Any help out here?

I found out they removed this feature!

I deleted the camera from the cloud and rejoined it.recordings now work but are mute!

The camera mic works when used with the app, IOS, just not recorded...

Help!
