Sorry to hear about the issue. The DVR currently supports IE and Mozilla Firefox in Windows and Safari browser in Mac. If it does not work in IE or safari , it is a computer specific issue and we will need some troubleshooting. I would suggest you get in touch with your technical support team.

Here we are well into the next year and still no solutions. And the description still hasn't change. How disappointing.
