What keeps changing my video settings to VGA?

Periodically, I find that my Amcrest cameras have its settings changed in Setup->Video from 1080p to VGA. Yuck.

I'm the only person who has an account on these cameras.

I only access these cameras through Synology Surveillance Station, and the official Amcrest iOS and Android apps.

Any clues?

Form what we have seen if you have the camera set up in Amcrest cloud , it will default to the resolution set at the cloud. It can also be that the surveillance station is resetting this on the camera.
