WebView program question about snapshot view during playback

I just noticed that my playback view on all 4 cameras HD1080 847 are playing back in snapshot mode in my WebView program on my desktop, sometimes every 6 sec., sometimes, 12 secs. When I look at my phone using the ViewPro app or download the clip using the WebView download function to my desktop, it plays in movies version for the entirety of the motion detected clip. However, when viewing the playback of the same motion detected clip on the WebView program on my desktop, I only get snapshot views. I have spent hours making setting changes within this program, but no luck getting it back to movie play mode during playback of motion detected/activated clips. Does anyone have any info or help to share? Thanks

Not sure whats causing this. Have you tried the web view from a different browser? Also try using the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software. The link for that is below.
