WebView plugin fails on Safari

I have 3 cameras of two types - IP2M-841 and IP3M-941. The WebView plugin works for IP3M-941 but not for both my IP2M-841 cameras. The Live page in Safari for both my IP2M-841 units keeps thinking the plugin is not installed. I tried reinstalling and clearing the plugin folder and reinstalling. It continues to think it's not installed. I'm using Safari 10.1.1(12603.2.4) on Mac OS X 10.12.5.

Any ideas?
