Hi everyone. Since english is not my first language i will try my best to explain my situation.
The camera i am having problem is ProHD Outdoor camera. I have a generic nvr that can not play any video beyond 1080p so i set all of my cameras to that resolution. When i lower the resolution to 1080p from 1520p i lose a lot of visible area.
This is not the situation with any of my other cameras. For example i also add two snapshots of my prohd 2k camera in the following post.
Do you know if this is the normal behaviour or is there something i can change in order too keep the whole visible area at 1080p.
Thanks in advance...
Visible area decreases when i lower the resolution
