Viewing files saved by FTP

Hi. I have my camera set to save files to an FTP server, which is working fine. I'm looking for a good way to view and manage the files that it creates. The folder structure the camera creates is not very user friendly. Is there software that will delete the old files after a period of time. Also an easy way to find and view video clips based on date/time would be helpful. Thanks.
